Made the mistake of living in one of their properties. Cannot stress it enough to those who are unaware - avoid this company and their properties! The staff at the physical apartments are all rude and incompetent and the corporate office will never return any phone calls or emails. So if you ever have an issue or simply need some clarification good luck. This company could not care possibly care any less.

Maintenance and Corporate has no urgency when it comes to unsafe environments such as AC unit dysfunctions or MOLD growth. I've tried to get this resolve with management but no one wants to communicate and solve the problem that most of my community is suffering from. Property- THE SHORES

I have been trying to reach someone in ******* for 2 weeks about a refund I am entitled too from my security deposit in their ******** *********** units. I was told to call back by ******* . Its been over 30 days and its required that they have to refund my deposit. Now I have to go to small claims court about this matter and hope the magistrate gives me double for my trouble! Not to mention the property manager ****** is totally blaming the accounting department in *******. Its been almost 50 days and I still havent receive... read more

My scheduled move in date was pushed back multiple times because they were unable to get our original houses electricity on. We moved in to our second option and we didnt have hot water for nearly 2 weeks. We then reported the vinyl being lifted and they told us we were going to be charged for that as well right at move in. none of our bathroom tubs are caulked so any water that gets behind that will eventually cause mold. not to mention that the water has no filter whatsoever and the amount of bleach in our water makes my e... read more

If you DONT like your job then quit!!!
