Hello, im writing this because my friend recently moved in and their experience hasnt been good. they have been very bias with them and quite nasty if you ask me, the lady in the office is short spoken and rude. they have problems with the payment process online and she was soooooo short and rude over the phone. One month after signing the lease, I was contacted by Kassandra (leasing consultant) requesting personal documents that were required and already given at the time of signing. No smoking policy which means you get smoke fill apartments, for non smokers with children I worry (I have both weed smokers and cigarette smell in my apartment personally). Our patio door had a defect in the glass, we reported it to their property manager on 09/06/2018 and were told it would be repaired in one week. 12 days later, after a technician arrived to inspect the glass and quote it and even commented on the glass being defective, we were presented with a bill for the replacement door with no way to challenge or contest it. Beautiful property, but management is horrible. They are lazy and seem bothered by questions and requests. My family only signed a 14 month lease and we saw 3 completely different management staffing within that short time. Maintenance no longer responded within an acceptable time frame and the jobs were completed without any effort. The beauty of the property is deteriorating due to lack of maintenance and a majority of the tenants refused to pick up after their dogs. It took almost the full 60 days to receive my security deposit when I only lived in the apartment for 30 days. I moved out because of the incompetent management by Nicole C. and now that they have sent the deposit I instructed her that my bank has daily deposit limits. Which means the security deposit needs to be either split in half or two separate checks that have amounts that are 1000 dollars or less each. Hello, I moved into The Sedona in April 2017...I have several complaints *i was offered a $500 discount to move in, and I had to complain about it to get it and when I asked about it they acted as if it was not even offered *As of April when I moved in my key fob has not worked to get into the gym for example, every time I go into the office they say they are working on it, I dont know how this has taken 3 months still and has not been resolved.
