My stay at 744 has been disappointing. 1. The outside near the parking garage and the front of the building is littered with garbage, beer cans and feces. 2. The elevators are always down, more often than not. If you live on higher floors, good luck! 3. Parcels get stolen repeatedly. This has happened to not just me, but others within the building. Excellent.
It is a lovely place to live except extremely crime infested. In the last year, almost everything we have ordered delivered to our door has been stolen. The neighbours to both sides of us have experienced the same. E-mails asking for surveillance cameras were met with denials and in fact the building manager told our neighbour he isn’t even allowed to install his own. If the criminals were evicted it would be a fine place to live.
