Dr Loya has been my PCP for 2 years now. All the sudden he stopped seeing patients in the office. I have gotten multiple reasons why he stopped seeing patients and they've been different each time. I have been trying to get a referral to an orthopedist after breaking my hand for a month now and keep getting the runaround.
Dr. Willette is very nice and really a wonderful doctor. My husband is Deaf and we have had a very hard time finding a primary care doctor that treats him like any other patient. We were so excited and surprised when the receptionist told us Dr. Willette knows ASL! It's been wonderful! My husband is very happy to be able to talk to his own doctor in sign language and Dr. Willette is very easy to talk to and more than happy to explain things. I didn't like the attitude of the front desk checkin person Seems like it was a problem in asking questions for incorrect answers i was expected to sign paperwork for. Couldn't answer questions because it is a new computer system. I would think you would want my correct information. My wife had the same experience only weeks before. Dr Willette, Amanda(nurse) & Sandy (office) have been great over the years.
I am a 56 yr old woman and have seen many physicians in my life. What I have found in Dr. Munir Loya to me is the equivalent of finding a needle in a haystack. Not once in my lifetime have I had such a positive experience as I have had since coming to him. Dr. Loya spends time with me, patiently listening to any and all concerns I may have.
