I really like Dr. Haggert. She takes the time to listen and comes up with good sound game plans. While I have only been going there for about 6 months, they make you feel like they have known you your whole life. My husband and I highly recommend!
This was a good doctor’s office. The nurse and staff are great. But the billing and insurance hoops are ridiculous. Got charged for a well visit just because we discussed prior blood results.
The new doctor, Cassandra Haggert, and her team, especially Summer Kapili, are so nice, kind, and attentive. I feel welcomed and cared for. They even call me to follow up on things. I called once to inquire about something and a care team member heard that I was congested. Immediately, she sent me to get a covid/flu test administered and ordered me antibiotics. Excellent service!
I like my doctor for some things. She is friendly and easy to talk to and has helped with some things, but she doesn't seem to ever want to dive deeper into issues and do testing for certain things. Seems like she looks alot up on the internet too which I can do myself. If you have real issues going on and want to get testing to dive deeper this probably isn't the place. Dr Cassandra Haggert is amazing and listened to all my concerns and made me feel valid as an individual in my intake appointment. I felt like I mattered and my concerns were valid. I look forward to coming back! The rest of the staff was friendly as well.
