interactions with doctors are off putting. both bishkop and digby have responded with aggravatiom when expressing my needs or asking for specifics with my care. front desk scoffed on the phone when asked to send a referral to the correct physical therapy office. so unprofessional & unwelcoming all around. absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior
The nursing staff and front desk receptionists / clerks are extremely unprofessional! The staff is consistently disrespectful, condescending, and rude! It is unacceptable to speak to patients in such a manner, especially when those patients are already dealing with health concerns. On multiple visits, I experienced poor patient / customer service that made me feel more like an inconvenient burden rather than a patient with health concerns! This was by far one of the worst medical offices I’ve ever dealt with. The staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and openly unprofessional. Basic questions were met with attitude, and I often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. There was no sense of compassion or respect.
