This was by far one of the worst medical offices I’ve ever dealt with. The staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and openly unprofessional. Basic questions were met with attitude, and I often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. There was no sense of compassion or respect. Got covid really badly 2yrs ago and ended up in the hospital missing my appt. Called back and now im banned from coming back. What a joke.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in the medical field dealing with this practice. The front desk is extremely rude. They do not return calls. Doctors are never available to talk on the phone to patients. Prescriptions are written incorrectly constantly. Emergency line is rude and they never return calls in emergencies. Horrible hours and still have the audacity to completely close for lunch. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Downs for a few years now and will definitely miss her and the staff as my husband and I have moved out of state. I can honestly say she is one of the few doctors who has listened and not tried to rush my visit. She has been a great doctor to both me and my husband. Summer always answers questions I may have or finds the answers needed. Callie has been a tremendous help with medication questions. Great great office and staff!
