Overall an amazing class with a great teacher! I will deff be going back for my continuing education classes. With having very little knowledge in the insurance industry I was able to pass my PCA prayer sessions with Mrs finks lovely stories!! FIREEEE!!!

Today I completed my Professional Claims Adjuster (PCA) designation course with Diana Fink. The course was well received by participants and exceeded our expectations. Diana is an excellent instructor. She is exceptionally well qualified and knowledgeable, but also entertaining and engaging. I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering becoming a licensed claims adjuster and I will definitely look to Central Insurance School first for my future continuing education.
