Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. Beware: this company will keep your card on file and may charge you weeks or months later, even if no work is done. The technician’s performance, customer service, and billing practices all reflect a poorly run, dishonest operation. I do not recommend them under any circumstances. I contacted Pinellas Computers on 2/28/25 to fix a blurry display—that was the only issue. And a month later the new hinge breaks don't be fooled by this place. Sorry I didn't see all the other reviews that were identical to my daughters issues before we went there. What's trying to find a way to give negative stars? They should definitely make that for reviews.
