With all these negative reviews I changed my mind going to apply for a trailer.
We've lived in this pitiful mobile home for over 15 years. My mother died last year of heart attack. That was half of our income. That was in 2020. We've been trying to get out with section 8. But it's been a struggle just to pay for the ridiculous lot Rent. The manager, Shira, is was very happy to help us to our faces. But behind, she tries to get us out after ONE month rent was late & gave us our eviction notices!! We've been on time for the whole time we lived here. The management has been shot to ****! crooks as management, cheating honest people
Just got video of our maintenance man driving the golf cart on the sidewalks all the way down the road. Why is this ok for them but residents have been warned they could be fined for doing this?? And it isnt a one time thing. I see him do it constantly. Unfortunately this page will not allow me to post the video of course but its ridiculous we are told we will be fined for certain things but these rules do not apply to the staff???? Come on!! I lost my great paying job last year.. I have another one but pays 8.00 less than I am use to. So I'm running behind on paying lot rent. The park Manager could careless. I own my home. My kids don't go out side due to drug dealers and kids smoking weed on the play ground. The park Manager can't even do simple MATH!!!! I got my lot rent just last Monday because when I dropped off my late rent for last month I let her know I didn't get mine I got someone else's and turn that in to the drop box. Lazy and very rude staff .They let drug dealers live here and break into people's trailers and do nothing about it.Dont trim tees there responsible for and you can't even see trailer park sign due to overgrown trees.

Unfortunately we, like most apartments and mobile home communities, have residents who do not follow the rules. They allow people to move into their respective homes without approval from the office. Our only means is to use the court system to remove these unapproved occupants. Our hands are tied until such time the court grants us the eviction and the sheriff comes out. I like the park and people. It's overrun with stray cats
I own my mobil home and still have to pay 500-600 a month and for what? I can't put up a fence so people will stop walking through my yard. I get told pick up dog crap which I do but half the time its other dogs. I put up cameras to prove it and still nothing gets done. I have video of kids dealing drugs in front of my house buy the time cops show there gone and can't do anything unless they see it.
