Terrible body work. Years ago they left bolts out of my Honda Element fenders. I ended up buying them myself for 53 cents each and putting them in. I guess they think 1 of 3 is plenty. Today I tried to use their towing, they are a vendor for AAA. They refused to come. Terrible all around, avoid this place like COVID-19.

We’ve always received excellent service from Pinellas Auto Body. Recently we needed AAA service on 2 separate occasions, for 2 different vehicles. Both times we received OUTSTANDING service from Gabe! He called beforehand to give us a timeframe, arrived in an expedient manner and with a cheerful demeanor, he explained each step he was performing during his diagnosis. Gabe is very professional and offers his clients excellent service.
I wanted to stop and thank the people with AAA and this company. Yesterday i broke down the alternator on my truck just broke down and had me broke down,but they came to the rescue ,Nate the gentleman that was the driver of the truck was going to take me to a shop that i thought would do the job ,but then i asked he made a called they ordered the parts and had me in and out the door in less then 2hours.
