My family is so tired of the issues we have with Pineland. Our internet goes out every week & if they’re working on it, please let us know. We never get any phone calls or texts or emails from them. Others tell me they are notified. We have never been notified.
Why is both the app and the website “down for maintenance “ at 7:30 am on a Thursday? Why aren’t y’all doing maintenance in the middle of the night while people are sleeping instead of during the day when your customers are awake and trying to use the service?
