It took 2 1/2 months to get my initial appointment despite my old doctors office sending my records the SAME DAY that they were requested. The day after my first appointment Kim called me and told me that the doctor told her to call me but she didn't remember why. After another visit she called and told me my script was denied by insurance and I needed to call them. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I sent my intake paperwork in on July 23, 2025. No response and no communication from the office. My wife asked Kim for an update on August 4th 2025 and was told that the inquiry was "not even opened" and they would "work on it today" I confirmed with my old doctors office that they recieved the request for my records on August 4, 2025 at 3:15 pm and they sent my records at 3:24pm, minutes later. DR Richard and DR Amy are Amazing! They take the time to listen and go out of there way to help you!! I highly recommend they are exceptional physicians! And Eli and Kim their office staff are excellent as well!!! Love this practice!!
They require an appointment to have a simple form signed confirming a patient has diabetes. The patient would have to take off work or wait 3 weeks for an appoinment. The office isn’t accommodating and they wonder why patients are switching to Virtua. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a primary doctor.
