I brought my sister here after transferring her, 3 days she has been given the run around and when she finally came for her appointment the doctor disappeared and was no where to be found. Then my sister was told she’d be better going back to the office she originally came from? I don’t understand what kind of office this is but they are pretty horrible.
This place is a joke ...unorganized and unprofessional.
I had my reservations about this place. The front staff was not great, and hasn't changed from when I first started. I even had to correct one of the staff over the phone for being rude. However, Jennifer (nurse prac) and Elizabeth (counselor), are great people. They are the team that helped me to not go in-patient with overwhelming grief and trauma. If you are in need of help, don't let the reviews or front staff prevent you from doing it! I almost did, and I'm glad I didn't.
