RecommendedExcellent, caring staff is the primary reason I recommend Pinekroff Kennels. They go above & beyond to ensure that my dog is afforded proper & loving care regarding her diet and physical & general well-being. They have also been flexible regarding drop off/pickup hours when unexpected occurrences made me late & I greatly appreciated their willingness to work w/ me. It makes a difference & inspires trust. I trust Pinekroff Kennel staff to care for my beloved Lucy. That’s the ultimate recommendation in my opinion.
There are several reasons why I used to recommend verses now and no longer consider them a good boarding choice. I think the service the dogs get has seriously went down hill and the care for your animal is very lazy if at all. My dog came home absolutely filthy. His toys were covered in feces as was he. He is 8 months old and has been fully potty trained for 5 months. He would not go to the bathroom in his cage unless he was not being let out. He also has raw lips and he has signs of bladder infection. I'm in total disgust.... read more
I love taking chase for boarding and grooming! They are amazing and affordable!
They take wonderful care of my dogs every time they are there! Boarding and grooming are both great!
They don't even get a star from us. We just took our dog there yesterday morning at 8:30 am. Now, our doe has a special diet due to having bad kidneys. He can only eat the food we took there for him. He had 2 cans and a little container of food that he could have til my husband went to pick him up this morning at 9 am. When he got there the lady brought out his blanket and toy and my husband paid her. He then said that we had a container with some food in it that the lady yesterday put his name on. Horrible! Made arrangements almost 2 months ago for my 2 dogs, get there to drop my dogs off so my kids and I can go to Disney World, and they failed to tell me about the dogs needing a kennel vaccine. Our first time using a kennel, and we'll never use this one. Thanks for making the start of our vacation terrible! Lost my business and will never recommend you to anyone!
