Was traveling had issues with my daughters car worked with Ken. They squeezed me in on a Saturday when they were busy and got me completely fixed up. Great guys.
I don't like leaving bad review but I was very disappointed in the service I received Wednesday, May 7, 2025. I own a Hyundai from Pinehurst Hyundai but they don't have a service center. Pinehurst Hyundai using Pinehurst Toyota service department for all of their customers. This being said my disappointment is with Pinehurst Toyota. Check your tires if Pinehurst Toyota put them on! I paid in full for high quality BF Goodrich tires and this dealership put 4+ year old tires on my car. (Datestamp, receipts, & photos included) I’m giving them a bonus star because I should have checked them myself and sent them back in to be swapped. I guess that is what I get for misplaced trust. 3 years and 40,000 miles down the road, dry rot is kicking in and the sidewalls are failing on all four.
