I’m coming all the way from raeford, got the soonest available appointment for my son. Called to let them know I was on my way after arriving to the wrong location. The lady I spoke to on the phone said I had a 15 minute grace period (I was only 4 minutes late) just to walk into the office and be told that the doctor left for a holiday party and didn’t have any grace period at all. Called this morning to book an appointment. Wow, the lady I talked to was extremely rude. I have seen this doctor before and she spouted off the address of the office and I asked if it’s the same place I saw him at before, she just very rudely repeated the address slowly. Just the whole conversation was like taking to someone who didn’t feel like dealing with me. She should be working in the back, not dealing with people..
