After months of excruciating pain, I was told I really needed an MRI. Insurance wouldn't cover the cost so I paid out the pocket. . The front desk great, doctor great, his assistant as she calls herself, absolutely the most unprofessional person in her position. Because I am allergic to Percocet she told me “are you sure you are”; then followed it with “well you’re going to be in a a lot of pain then”. Very rude, very condescending, very unprofessional and mean. There is a difference with telling the true and being mean. Just being a bully like she held power. I have been to this location 3 times. It is very clean and updated nicely. The front desk ladies were very busy, but they treated me well. The back staff were professional and friendly. The healthcare provider seemed knowledgeable, gave me all of my options, and explained my x-rays well. I would highly recommend this office.
I had to bring my 5 year old in today for a hearing test. The receptionists were so nice! We had Janie (I think that was hee name) she was absolutely wonderful in Audiology. She was so patient with my son so soft spoken and sweet! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!
