My providers are fantastic but their communication system to patients is terrible. The receptionist is very dismissive and never gives you any details other than "the doctor will call you". Setting up the Followmyhealth app was the only way to communicate with my doctor effectively. They use a call center for all inbound calls , even for their small offices. It's very upsetting to be on hold for 15 minutes. Luckily I live in town and drive to the office instead. I have found I've been on hold longer than it took me to drive ... read more
Providers are great. But the receptionist was rude. They were very behind schedule. When I asked what the appointment status was, I was told that they have been behind all day. When I told the receptionist they should communicate that to patients, she got an attitude. They should tell patients when they check in if they are so far behind schedule. Her reaction, and the failure of the clinic to inform patients, is unacceptable.
Amazing doctors and staff. It felt like they genuinely cared about my well being. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
