I have been going to this practice for over a year now, but ever since they started using an AI assistant for screening phone calls, it’s impossible to speak with a human. I was due to get my lab work done last week so I messaged on my patient portal Monday to confirm the orders had been sent into LabCorp (like they’ve always done in the past) and a week later, I still haven’t heard anything back.
