Not the best place to live. – What a joke the first review is it was obviously wriiten by the management. The appliances are junk and if your fridge goes out your screwed - hundreds of dollars in lost food. The installations are the cheapest they can buy. The new cabinets were never attached to the wall and are pulling out. The new cabinets don't match the old ones (the're cardboard) so most of the renters had to prime and paint the walls. The bug problem is better though. The mold in the bathrooms is disgusting any repairs ... read more
BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN WBL! CHEAPEST/NICEST – To whom this may concern, I have been a tenant at pinehurst for almost 4 years. I rented from pinehurst because it was affordable, comfortable and in a great location. My intentions were just to stay the year and move closer to work downtown. However after getting all moved in and comfortable with my Apartment, It grew on me!
