I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem. IWhile this place shares facilities with another car dealership, their service is far superior to that in Fayetteville. Firstly, the venue is spotlessly clean. Secondly, they managed to change the oil in just over an hour, whereas at other dealerships it often takes me at least three hours. Furthermore, they considerately provided updates about the progress while I waited. I'll definitely return here for maintenance and will recommend it to my friends.
