I won't be using them again. They forgot to do my inspection twice. I made an appointment to get new tires, and I had to reschedule because they didn't order them. He made me prepay for the tires, claiming I needed to pay now to secure the deal, but I later found out that it didn't expire until later. If I could give a negative i would. Not being from the area I sat outside the service center for half an hour before I called and was told to go to Toyota service. Then the girl hung up on me before giving me directions to Toyota. Lousy customer service. Never use them .
I recently took my 2023 Santa Fe to Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai Service. I noticed a clunking sound while turning at slow speeds. Cody Reed, service advisor, immediately set up an appointment next day at our convenience. He arranged a loaner car when the Technician needed more time to determine the problem.
