The front desk woman hung up the first time I called. Then in my second attempt she was rude when I asked if I could get a prescription for an iron supplement stating that "it's like $15 over the counter." I know it's not a drug that requires a script, BUT if I get a script then my insurance will cover the cost for the supplement. I.e. If a provider writes an order for Tylenol then the insurance will cover it despite not requiring a prescription if obtained over-the-counter.
