We are so happy to be back in Flagstaff and part of the Pinehurst community. As previous residents, we fell in love with this well-maintained property, and are so appreciative of all the work that Charlie, the property manager, has done to keep it looking beautiful and pristine throughout the years. Awesome place to live. Love this place! Great management staff and affordable. This is one if not the only apartments in Flagstaff that cares about people with low income.
This apartment community is perfect for my small family. We have lived here a long time and I'm not planning on leaving. The management is attentive and prompt with all our needs and our little neighborhood feels safe and familiar. We love it here.
From the time I moved in, Charlie the manager was very helpful and made my move in process smoothly. The apartment was super clean, and it’s comfortable. I love living here, Charlie is super attentive to maintaining the property, very hard worker. He is always doing something productive from keeping the grass in tip top shape to working on maintenance orders. I like that he answers to any concerns/questions asap at any time of day.
