I know a lot of people have issues with Goldmark, but my experience with Amberwood office has been great! They have a friendly staff, and respond to issues and take pride in the updates they make. I moved in and didn't have the right mail key, and they brought it to my door that same day I called! i lived at pinehurst between 2009 and 2010.. it started out great. however, we had very very loud people living around us in all directions. party buildings for sure. also, they took a ridiculous amount from my deposit after i moved out. i feel cheated and lied to, and i know it isnt totally the managements fault- its goldmark.Â

I love this place. I have been here 12 years and would recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new apartment.Â
