i lived at pinehurst between 2009 and 2010.. it started out great. however, we had very very loud people living around us in all directions. party buildings for sure. also, they took a ridiculous amount from my deposit after i moved out. i feel cheated and lied to, and i know it isnt totally the managements fault- its goldmark.
