Very bad experience I am stuck with awful basic glasses that I can't use and cost about $450 since June ! had to make an appointment to explain what the problem is and now have to wait another two weeks to see the doctor, process still going will update However I wish I did the $140 at Costco with my Kids Huge mistake, huge waste of time money and insurance benefits

Following a recent exam with Dr. Feltis, I obtained a new prescription, which I planned to use to purchase sunglasses. As my insurance cannot cover the cost of glasses at this office, I usually shop around for the best price. I located frames that I liked at Costco, but when I went to order the glasses, they informed me that one of the prescription numbers could not be read by them as it was a number unique to Dr. Feltis so I would only be able to purchase glasses from his office. My family and I have had top notch service and care for the last 14 years, but this shop went above and beyond this week. We have evacuees from the Manitoba fires staying with us who didn’t pack contacts or glasses in the urgency. Pinehouse squeezed them in and got them contacts that day! Amazing! Thank you!
