Good place to be
Very dirty there is no maintenance, the people who live there are problematic, fights are heard, they have plagues of snails inside the departments coming out of the cornice. They never clean the laundry.
I personally enjoy living here but It’s not the greatest place to be. It definitely could use a little more maintenance help. But other than that everything else is pretty great. The neighbors are nice and the new landlord’s are very helpful and friendly so all in all it’s not a terrible place to be. Very much feels like home <3 !
Couldn’t ask for better landlords. The previous reviews seem to be from the previous owners neglect and lack of care.
