We lived at Pinegrove manor for 2.5 years. We enjoyed our stay there. The manager, Steven Kimberly helped contributed to the positive living experience. During winter, the snow removal and salting were always done readily. Throughout our stay, he addressed our concerns promptly and effectively. We are pleased that we chose to live at Pinegrove manor during our 2.5 years in PG.
Pine Grove Manor is very professionally managed by Steven Kimberley. He is very helpful and responds very quickly. We never had any inconvenience. We have rented other places as well but the service provided by this building manager is unbelievable.
I lived here a few years back, and the apartments were fairly run down. In the winter months, snow removal was better here than most Kelson owned apartments, however, it was still an issue. Lastly, management was not the best in the world either. Bob the manager can be incredibly challenging to deal with.
