We arrived in Branson from Michigan on a Friday evening. Just after the check engine light on our brand new. 6000 miles, Equinox came on. I called Saturday morning to see if I could get it looked at and I was told to bring it in. They took it right in, fixed the problem and made no fuss about it. Handed me a bill for $0 and told me what they found. I was treated like an old customer that had been there for years. They are great to work with.
Jason Barlow was very helpful My spare didn't fit my vehicle He found a rim with tire, They test fit it and made sure it fit in the spare tire spot. They didn't charge anything. Thanks so much
Our salesman was Dan Mae’s. He was very patient and detail oriented. He let us know that he is available to assist us with anything as we become familiar with the vehicle we purchased. We hope to continue a relationship with Dan and the dealership through having required service at the dealership in the future.
Pulled in with car trouble while traveling from out of town. Darrin in service immediately assessed the problem, ordered the parts and handled everything quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them to everyone. You don't see that level of service these days. Thank you for the excellent service.
