I went to buy a class ring, and the service there was wonderful. Mrs. Destiny helped me choose a ring that would fit me the right way and avoid some personal issues that I come across when buying rings. She shared some personal experiences with me and made me feel welcome during my visit. I was even offered a drink by another staff member that she made. Overall, the service and the environment were great, and I highly recommend going there for any of your jewelry needs.
Terrible customer service once again. Over the years I have bought quite a few different items from the store, and I’ve used Gary the watch guy to fix all my watches. I have a citizens Blue angel watch, the same type of watch they sell in the store. It quit working. I took it into Gary Gary stated “go to YouTube and figure out how to Wind your watch up I have a lot of other watches I need to be working on” I was caught off guard by that statement, and I should’ve walked off then.
