Ample play ground for children with added advantage of adjacent public parks with play grounds , a subway with a tunnel connecting the residence to it. Fairly reasonable rental costs with staff ready to attend tenants. A clinic , walk in clinic , drug store , stores...... and many more!! Love it realy!!!
Pinedale Properties has failed to return my deposit for a unit I never moved into. It has now been six weeks that they have been holding $1629 in money orders and failed to send them back. I live out of province and cannot just go and “pick them up” as I have been told to do. I’m not sure what my next move should be — police? This is ridiculous. The worst place ever. Filled with bed bugs and kocroaches. The worst time of my life in Canada. Not a place where humans should live. Especially given the ridiculois amount of rent money the landlord is collecting. Avoid this place if you can. Homeless shelters are far better maintained.
