Don't buy or rent the properties of this company, if you have a problem during the weekend they ignore you and the supervisor turns off his cell phone to avoid answering the calls.
We have lived here for 12 years and property management has been good to us. We currently have an issue and I am sure it will be fine. Today I went to the office to speak to the Property Manager about the issue and the conversation was not pleasant. At one point he called me a "liar" to my face in front of staff. No tenant should ever have to put up with that.
