Good properties. Well maintained.
I stayed at 9 Crescent Place for about two years when I was new to Canada. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The building is over 100 years old and has significant maintenance issues—particularly with pests like cockroaches and roaches, which were a recurring problem. The units in the entire complex (including buildings 7, 9, and 11) seem poorly maintained, and the management was largely unresponsive to concerns. Don't buy or rent the properties of this company, if you have a problem during the weekend they ignore you and the supervisor turns off his cell phone to avoid answering the calls.
