I love the place. Tenants and management are both very nice. The property is very well maintained and it's kinda like a hidden gem in Waveland. It has a laundry room for the tenants with a Coca-Cola machine. There's a nice little playground area for the kids to play on and there's a large pavilion in the back that's great for cook outs or gathering's. QUOTES HONESTLY IT'S BEEN SO MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE.... NEW MANAGEMENT..
