I moved here from Topeka Kansas because in most cities it is impossible to find a 1st floor accessible apartment. Not to forget the plus of being able to park near your front door and pop right into your apartment with your shopping bags etc. The other factor is that we are surrounded by Evergreen trees and nature. At night you can hear owls hooting, the coyotes howling and you see the stars ! We have lived here for about 4 years now, it is so quiet and peaceful. I wake up almost every morning to the site of Deer standing around the parking lots or just wondering around, No traffic as we are off the beaten path so the only traffic is from resident's coming and going. We have great Management and no maintenance request waits for days or even weeks, they get right on any maintenance issues out here.
