I've lived in several different apartments during my time at Davis, and this is by far my favorite. The complex itself is beautiful - grass is super green and the trees around the complex provide ambience and shade. The pool is huge and very clean compared to friends' apartments. I love how much counter and storage space there is in the kitchen, and the interior of the apartment feels very sleek and modern. Large windows in every room let in plenty of natural light. My experience with this apartment complex was fine while I was living here, however once I moved out everything went down hill. The leasing office completely avoided my emails when I emailed questions regarding move out, charges to my acc etc. I personally would not recommend it here especially with all the new complexes being built in Davis. This one milks you for your money's worth. They took my deposit and recharged my concession all because I decided to move out a month earlier, and yet I still ended up paying for that l... read more

If you're a transfer student and are interested in applying to this apartment complex using your financial aid as proof of income, don't even try. They will keep you waiting for almost a month, asking endless questions and using a poorly managed AI software called SNAPPT. This software forces you to submit documents in the most inefficient and infuriating way possible, even after they confirmed that financial aid and scholarships were acceptable before applying.
