To be honest, they suck really bad. I've already had the exterminator come out for cockroaches, and they were gone for like a couple months, and now I have them all over again and I am not a dirty person, I'm tired of being here in these apartments and dealing with cockroaches. The ladies in the office are very disrespectful and mean. Maintenance is really nice. The maintenance guys really nice, very helpful. But that's about it
There's plenty of parking there. I like the layout of the apartments the bedrooms are nice sized.
Quiet, nicely landscaped, close to downtown and several shops (Nugget, CVS, donut shop, smoke shop). Friendly occupants, washer/dryer (x2) on-site, pool and gym. Close to UC Davis.
Friendly & professional staff in office. Very informative!
