I am going to sign my 2nd new lease to Pincrest Apartments in Commerce City prior to doing I want express that my reasons are I have never ever encountered such great managers that go above the job! Because I was going through very tough time and almost lost my place. The management gave me resources and places and guidance to take actions so I would not. Visited my mother and she recently told me she has an inspection because supposely her home are stinking up the whole apartment building which is really hard to believe. Matter fact it's very unprofessional to send a maintenance worker to come fix something and one thing he sees wrong he's quick to complain. You don't see my mother complaining about the the constant jumping or loud banging that the the resident above her make.
