Used to be a tenant here moved out and had a main pipe break. Got it covered by renters insurance. I have an unpaid balance of 1500 and they listed it as an eviction and now I have no clue how to get it off so it’s been hard for me to get a place angry at their communication on how to get it reversed
I slipped and fell on their property two times, and the owner admiral tried to have my son and i killed when I tried to file a lawsuit.
I just recently signed new yearly Lease with Pincrest on my birthday today I will say this is the tops place to live I love The Manager Cathi the Leasing Agent Sarah and maintenance Randy. For all they do for me explaining how my lease works making my home my community a excellent place to l8ve. 8 grew up in Commerce City Colorado left came back and this is one place no other place I rather live. Pinecrest is a wonderful apartment community. The apartments are very well kept and clean. It has all the amenities you need in an apartment plus the heat works all the time during the winter to deal with those low winter temperatures and that's ALWAYS a plus in Colorado. The management here is GREAT! Very friendly and willing to help. Any maintenance requests are responded to very quickly and a detailed note is left in regard to what work has been done. I have been a resident at Pinecrest apartments for going on three years and I feel that the Pinecrest apartment are the most peaceful apartments I have lived in.. the manager Kathy has been the most nicest and hopeful person I have met wit… good job Kathy… I love it here at Pinecrest and thank u so much
