okay Lover income housing. The parking lot is crowded and doesn't have many spaces. The place looks run down but if that is all you can afford it will have to do.
Pinecrest Apartments is a nice place to live Great affordable housing. New managers are really nice. Apartments are big and they are updating them with new insulation and new windows. I also like the garden area
Horrible onsite managers The apts were manage by Naomi and Dan and were always kept quiet and tidy until now. The new managers are Gary and Kim. They are about as white trash as they come. They gossip to tenants about who has finacial trouble and so on. Thier children are rude. Gary and Kim do not pick up the grounds or take care of the place. They let anyone move in here. They have people who sell drugs from thier apt. The cops are always here now. If you think about moving here check out the managers first and don't sign a... read more
Depressing. This place is fairly run down. There are even apartments that would be considered unsafe. The management barely responds to noise complaints and since this is a fairly cheap place to live it brings in many careless tenants and drugs. Parking is also ridiculous and since we're right next to the High School the streets are filled during the day, and because we are right next to an auto shop it's often noisy. Pinecrest Apartments are affordable but very run down there units could even be considered unsafe . I have lived here for over 5 year's . This complex has been through three sets of manager's . Most of the Tenant's Here are Noisy and keep you up all hours of the night there are a few here and there that do not .but then those Tenant's have been here about as long as I have .
