My visits at PineCone have all been very pleasant experiences. The staff are all very friendly and the dictators are all top notch. It’s the kind of of place you can feel comfortable going to, no matter what your eye problems are.
1st time needing help with my vision. Dr.athman was very informative and professional. Rylee was a huge help in picking out glasses and her knowledge of the products was top notch. I was in and out in a timely matter.
Absolutely loved my experience at Pinecone in St Cloud. Beautiful, clean facility. Everything was ready and waiting including several frames I was able to pick out ahead of time online for try on at my appointment. They even had my insurance ready to go so I knew what my cost would be the entire process. Highly recommend!
Response to owner: Your employee could not break out prices. She flipped through a book of prices and tapped on her calculator. Your employee told me she mis calculated my frame price. (Basic math). There was no issue with insurance paying a different amount. That’s a fixed rate. This was on your employee. As a business owner, I am appalled that you extend your mistake on your customers. PineCone Vision Center did a great job! The staff were so kind and professional. They treated me and my son with so much care and respect. We really loved our experience and truly appreciated how well they took care of us. Highly recommend them!
