Response to owner: Your employee could not break out prices. She flipped through a book of prices and tapped on her calculator. Your employee told me she mis calculated my frame price. (Basic math). There was no issue with insurance paying a different amount. That’s a fixed rate. This was on your employee. As a business owner, I am appalled that you extend your mistake on your customers.
