I really like the optometrist I see and I’ve always had a good experience, hence why I keep going back year after year BUT I got a pair of glasses that the frames immediately started to shatter, getting worse and worse over time even when I haven’t touched them. I called when it first happened and they said I could have to pay full price for the frames to fix them…so I didn’t. Dr. Fosso is a great doctor, he is patient, knowledgeable, and gives great recommendations/options. Pine Cone is really expensive/pricey with lenses (glasses), but other than that, staff is very courteous. Id definitely use him again exam wise/diagnosis.
Pinecone Vision and Dr Fosso do a great job of taking care of my vision needs. And he explains what he is doing and why. Always willing to answer my questions and not make me feel rushed. Highly recommend Pinecone Vision.
