I would never live here again. All the plumbing and everything is so old and worn down- we had a flood mess to clean up at least once a month including at least 6 instances of other people in our buildings poop water flooding from our water heater room down the hall. And all the wood under the sinks have water damage so bugs/ mice got in super easily, especially in the winter time. And for the the price and lack of amenities, NOT worth it. Don’t do it, there are plenty of much nicer complexes at the same price.
Incompetent leasing staff. The rent was not posted properly on the 1st, and I received no emails when the rent was actually posted. Now I'm being charged late fees and threatened with eviction due to a staff error, after 2.5 years of being a great tenant and paying rent on time.
My family and I moved here from NC and we were instantly welcomed by the staff. The quiet community was a perfect transition to CO. The monthly events make the community feel more tight knight. We love our apartment with it located steps away from a park and two trails it’s a perfect location to keep the dogs and small children entertained and outdoors. Overall we love it here. The fast response from maintenance. The large balcony! There just is no complaint from us!
If it’s possible to give this place a 0, I would. I was super excited to move into this place with my roommate but soon after moving in, the apartment was NOT what we wanted. The room they show you looks completely different than the one we got and just the quality over all wasn’t what was expected. Then the entire time living there we had issues with WASPS. Yes wasps. I love living here but it's getting too pricey. I wanted to move to another apartment that had a more reasonable rent but was told that I didn't qualify. Yet I am currently paying $300 more a month for my current appointment. How does that make sense.
