Incompetent leasing staff. The rent was not posted properly on the 1st, and I received no emails when the rent was actually posted. Now I'm being charged late fees and threatened with eviction due to a staff error, after 2.5 years of being a great tenant and paying rent on time.
My family and I moved here from NC and we were instantly welcomed by the staff. The quiet community was a perfect transition to CO. The monthly events make the community feel more tight knight. We love our apartment with it located steps away from a park and two trails it’s a perfect location to keep the dogs and small children entertained and outdoors. Overall we love it here. The fast response from maintenance. The large balcony! There just is no complaint from us!
If it’s possible to give this place a 0, I would. I was super excited to move into this place with my roommate but soon after moving in, the apartment was NOT what we wanted. The room they show you looks completely different than the one we got and just the quality over all wasn’t what was expected. Then the entire time living there we had issues with WASPS. Yes wasps. I love living here but it's getting too pricey. I wanted to move to another apartment that had a more reasonable rent but was told that I didn't qualify. Yet I am currently paying $300 more a month for my current appointment. How does that make sense.
Pinecone Apartments has been the best community we've lived in! The property manager, Gianna, and assistant property manager, Logan, go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. They’re always available to help, incredibly kind, and personable. The grounds are well maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.
