Met with manager Rae to discuss an issue for resolution. Rae listened thoroughly, explained what was happening and ways to proceed. Her professionalism and customer service skills were ever present and are to be commended.
My husband and I love living here! The property is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is great. Brianna and Aurora in the office are especially welcoming and always ready to help. Zach from maintenance is also fantastic—he’s friendly, efficient, and keeps everything running smoothly.
Great location and the leasing managers have been awesome in helping me navigate a tough situation that left me feeling helpless. All Legacy Pines staff have been supportive and welcoming to my family and I.
Moved in a year ago and renewed my lease again, my experience with the leasing agent (Bri) and maintenance personnel has been amazing! Grounds are well maintained and any concerns I may have are addressed immediately. Legacy Pines is a great place to live!
