One of the biggest reasons I chose this complex was due to having a portal system to pay rent and a package locker system as I work long hours and am unable to leave work to do these things. Unfortunately the portal system has been unable to charge me the correct amount a single time in the 10 months I have lived here and the locker system has erroneously charged me late fees on multiple occasions, however when you go into the office for help their response is always that it is a third party service and out of their hands.
We love living here! Being in the center of town is very convenient. And we appreciate our maintenance, Zach. On time, quick to resolve the issue.
By far the best experience I've had working with any property management team! Aurora was extremely kind, helpful, and communicative when helping us move in, and when resolving any issues that arose with the process. The apartment grounds are well-kept, and maintenance requests are answered quickly and helpfully.

Met with manager Rae to discuss an issue for resolution. Rae listened thoroughly, explained what was happening and ways to proceed. Her professionalism and customer service skills were ever present and are to be commended.
