Even if you accidentally turn into their parking lot they will make you pay the parking fee. Operators not helpful at all.
Requiring a $4 parking fee just to drop someone off at a medical center feels like a total rip-off.
Why is there $4 feet for entering to see a doctor? This should not be legal practise. I switched family doctors over this because I was sick of paying $4 for a 5 minute appointment. Parking should be free. Why is there a barrier to entering and leaving? What make your plaza so special that you have to charge $4 fee? Even if you take an uber, there is no place to drop you so uber will also ask you to pay $4. Ridiculous.
I had an absolutely awful experience with this parking lot. The gate just opened automatically. I was only dropping off a passenger, but when I tried to exit, they forced me to pay $4—no exceptions, even for quick drop-offs. At entry, it is written for the delivery get a ticket from the concierge, but there was no concierge on-site.
