Why is there $4 feet for entering to see a doctor? This should not be legal practise. I switched family doctors over this because I was sick of paying $4 for a 5 minute appointment. Parking should be free. Why is there a barrier to entering and leaving? What make your plaza so special that you have to charge $4 fee? Even if you take an uber, there is no place to drop you so uber will also ask you to pay $4. Ridiculous.
I had an absolutely awful experience with this parking lot. The gate just opened automatically. I was only dropping off a passenger, but when I tried to exit, they forced me to pay $4—no exceptions, even for quick drop-offs. At entry, it is written for the delivery get a ticket from the concierge, but there was no concierge on-site. My brother had to run in for literally 1 minute to grab something he forgot to get. I pulled up to the gate and pressed assistance hoping to explain to someone that I was in the parking lot for 2 minutes and hopefully like normal parking lots will understand and just let you through. No one answered. Says attendant available from 9am to 6pm. So paid $4 for being there for a max of 3 minutes. Should of just did what the people before me did.. put 4 ways on at the gate, passenger jumps out and then driver backs up into traffic... read more
