This place is awful. Namely the manager, Jerry, is disgustingly rude and incompetent, never preforming his duties and harassing residents. There is a racial tension between him and the Hispanic tenants and many have moved out. He is snide and doesn’t answer when called on, and has threatened residents with eviction and towing of their vehicles for absolutely no reason. He is an effeminate de facto dictator and I highly recommend you move elsewhere.
