On the fact that no one has fixed anything anyway, is one reason but I have MICE in my apartment and they refuse to basically treat it saying it not an emergency, which is bc it will cause an infestation. Granted, I’m usually a very clean person, but I’ve been barricaded in my room for three days now basically only to come out for food that I ordered because I refuse to go into my own kitchen. Staff is inconsistent on commitments including the terms of the lease. They never follow through with maintenance requests. Inconsistent billing cycles and unprofessional attitudes from the staff. Never being able to find a parking spot within a reasonable distance. I would rather live in my car rent than pay the ridiculous prices of this "luxury apartment".
Edit: I had lots of problems with the old management to where I was still dealing with problems with them 8 months after I had moved out. The current management company quickly fixed the problem and were very friendly about the process. Still very upset with the whole thing but it was fixed. Just be cautious about constantly rotating management and the problems the ensue with that.
The place itself is nice with wonderful perks. However, my girlfriend's application was denied due to a DUI on her background check and they wouldn't write an exception to the policy given she no longer has a vehicle. Not only did they waste two weeks of my time, I had to call multiple times for an entire week to get updates on the application status and they didn't have the courtesy to call me and inform me of her rejected application. The whole thing is ridiculous as I make much more than enough to afford their 2 bedroom.
Live it, love it, love it! Great size apts, the staff is more than willing to help, friendly. Love the get together at the clubhouse. Very well pleased.
