Reasonable price, nice apartments and friendly staffs. Lucky supermarket is across the street and 99 Ranch Market is nearby, Regan nursery is really nice place to visit. Next to the apartment is West Ridge Park. Unlike other apartments, after 1 year lease, the month by month rate is very friendly only a little bit higher. Other apartments charge you almost twice to force you to renew or get out. No AC but first floor in my building is nice and cool. This place is absolutely terrible and infested with silverfish. Every corner of the apartment is covered with dead silverfish. The temperature of the apartment is unbearable once the month of May hits. I could not sleep once May started and had to find alternative living arrangement and STILL pay thousands in rent of this place because their people refuse to acknowledge their place is not livable and they are taking advantage of people.
