Great job team Pinebrook!
I lived at Pinebrook Apartments for 12 months. Quiet neighbors, but that’s the only positive. How the property is managed is what makes it bad at times. There are zero amenities. A “community building/gym” has been under construction behind my apartment since before I moved in and is still unfinished. Laundry is almost $6 per load, yet a one-bedroom with no washer/dryer costs around $2,499-$2,600, which is extremely overpriced.
