This is not a well run business. The shave ice is fine, but it takes forever. More importantly, over the past several years, my family has tried to go to Pineapples at least five times, during hours that, according to multiple online sources, it should be open, but it has been open only once. For instance, the online sources state that it is supposed to be open today (Sunday, September 29, 2024), so my family and I tried once more.
