A severe spring hail storm battered our neighborhood in Lewisville, leaving several impact marks on our roof shingles. Pineapple Roofing sent a project manager out the next day to complete a full drone inspection. They guided us through the insurance claim process step-by-step and replaced our entire roof in a single day .
If I could rate this outfit 10 stars, I would. Jr and George with Pineapple Roofing were absolutely stellar. Every step from the multi-review insurance claim process for hail damage, planning the new roof, gutters, painting, chimney - they were our rock and figuring everything out. We could not be happier with the results. We found our for-life roofers!
The final result looks excellent and the workmanship is easy to appreciate. The crew was also respectful and kept the work area under control.
Excellent experience overall. Everyone was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the project.
The installation crew worked quickly but still paid attention to the small details. They also did an impressive job cleaning up afterward.
