AGREE with earlier comments--DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Should be -5 star rating. Total Ripoff! They are currently trying to stick $2K of repairs to us even though the apartment came with this existing issues. We rented as is and left as is in good condition. No appliances fully worked in violation of lease terms despite several attempts to request repair. Currently looking for legal representation to challenge.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! This company has scammed people out of their money and they did it to us too! They don’t fix anything and then try to charge the tenants. They only care about the landlords who pay them fees and then rip the tenants off!!

Worst property management company I’ve ever encountered. They listed the property for $400 less online and once we paid the fees for applying they notified us it was $400 more. Then we did an inspection of the house which they marketed having 3 fireplaces, I asked if they would fix the fire places and they stated that they would. Once we signed the lease the refused to fix the fire place or ice machine. Said they were cosmetic. Didn’t fix walls before we moved in. My complaint is the same as the previous complaint I see on this website. When I moved out of my apartment, I cleaned it very well. It was just as clean or cleaner when I moved out as when I moved in. Pineapple Property Group only returned about $150 of my $1110 security deposit. They charge me like $300 for carpet cleaning, even after I shampooed the carpets myself. Like $300 for other "cleaning", and like $300 for a couple small paint chips on the wall. Very unprofessional and unresponsive! They took money for a rental application even though they were in the process of renting the unit to someone else These people are really hard to get ahold of. They don't typically answer their phone and when they do the person who answers is unable to help you and anyone who can help is not available. I literally had to call 8 times over a day and half period before I was able to speak to Sarah (apparently the only person able to answer a question) I had left multiple messages asking... read more
