I have never been more impressed by a company, I’ve been searching for awhile now but I finally found the place I’m going to stay. Thanks to Claudia especially, she helped smooth out everything and she was by far the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with in any company but especially this one. She answered all my questions and made sure everything got done, love pineapple pool!

I called and spoke to their office staff, Claudia, regarding my pool issues. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when answering all my questions! Was surprised to hear she didn't work on the pools herself!

Haven't showed up in over 3 weeks... Been promised a date with no shows multiple times. We have a dog they request be put away prior to their arrival and then don't show up... Ridiculous!!

This company was highly recommended. I am thoroughly disappointed. The is an extreme disconnect and lack of communication, poor customer service. They schedule appointments and don’t show up and no calls.The motor started on fire and it took a week to notify me. My pool continues to turn green as I await the installation of a pool motor that I authorized and was to be installed last week,now this current week. I am Very disappointed with this Company. I've heard radio commercials over & over how pineapple pools will get your pool crystal clear, cleanest pool in the neighborhood. they've yet to CLEAN my pool & they've been to my home 3 or 4 Times now! I've tried to be patient, but I'm done!! They don't brush the walls, they don't vacuum the dust from the floor unless you pay an extra $50. This complaint was written by the tenant living in the home of one of our customers. This tenant is not paying for the service; the homeowner is. The homeowner, **** ******* just signed up for our premium weekly service on September 1, 2017. We have been out to the their home 4 times and have a repair technician scheduled to go out this upcoming Monday, September 18th to look at a leak.
