I absolutely love this nail salon! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and friendly, and the salon is always clean, organized, and relaxing. My first experience here was a bust. I'm so disappointed to have spent over $60 to relax with a pedicure only to leave uncomfortable. I do not plan on coming back. The technician seemed rushed despite an empty lobby. He cut my nails down to the toes and then continued to file them even though the file kept catching on my skin. They are so short; the length alone looks terrible. He used the cuticle clipper to *peel* my cuticle back and then rip it off. It hurts like I tore off a hangnail.
