This apartment complex is horrible. You need to watch the mangers and maintenance guys
I’m giving these apartments five star an I’ve talk to the guy who over them and he was cool and very chill talk too and gave me good information hopefully be moving here soon
Overall, living there wasn’t all bad. The reason for my 1 star is they continue to raise rent without upgrades or improvement to the grounds. It’s 2023 and none of the units have washer and dryer hookups, you have to pay to wash and dry clothes. The shower water is either way too hot or cold. Lastly, it doesn’t matter if you spend a day cleaning after moving out they will still not refund your entire security deposit. This place is very unprofessional they are never in the office and are never able to answer their phones. Management is very poor and lacks courtesy. There a “family” is what they call their selves yet tenants never want to stay there are many health hazards on the property they take short cuts when it comes to maintenance. Besides those issues nice place to live
