Very quiet and slow paced neighborhood for being in the city. I love it here so much, they keep it cleaned. Karla is the best! She’s very compassionate and communicative, you can tell she wants the best for her residents. Great place and great energy
Im a current tenant. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I was coerced into another lease by Oscar the property manager and Karla in the office. I was told my rent was going up in December 2024. I ask who to submit rental negotiations to and Karla told me to send them to her and on 12/30/2024 I did so. I never got a response to my negotiations. Well yesterday 1/28/2025 about a month later. The management here is really bad! I’ve filed several complaints about inoperative vehicles parked causing parking issues and nothing is done.. I have a complaining neighbor who doesn’t understand they live in apartments with paper thin walls… you seriously can hear your neighbor pissing in the middle of the night, having sexual intercourse… you name it… yet I can be understanding and not have a pissing contest.. but management wants my music down during the day and it’s truly not loud. Cute roach infested older squeaky floor townhomes with quiet neighbors and thin walls. But maintenance is great as orders are completed in a timely manner. The parking lot is full with no parking in front of your door, no automatic monthly pest control but payment is still included in your rent.Due to this, neighbors has infestation of roaches which spread to your apartment & no action is taken to fix the situation.
