The owners of this complex are hard to identify. TOO Many Chiefs and not enough Indians. I've been here since Feb 2020, it seems like tenants make the rules or decisions, not Cascade Mgt. After living here 6 to 17 yrs, mayb they feel like this place is their own private home. Some of us just want to live our own way of life. W/O imput from others that have already had the chance to enjoy life. Even mom at 82 still took road trips and odd jobs. I come from stock that won't give up
