This place is the worst to live! The management and maintenance guy are problems! He is a creep and the manager lets him get away with it! I lived their for 10 years and had finally had enough. They seem nice on the outside cause that's where they spend the money! I had and also a lot of my neighbors had water bubbles in the roofs! So when they do their inspections ( yes and a lot of them) they don't take them to the 3 bedrooms at all. They have been turned in a lot for being unfair to the tenets and judging people! Pinevilla apartments wouldn't be so bad if they hired a descent manager and maintenance person. They come into your apartment when your not home...and every other day they leave 10-day notices...for ridiculous things like dirty dishes or little things left on ur porch. Nothing is permitted no halloween decorations, christmas items, kids can't ride bikes.
Totaly disagree! Pine Villa is the best place to live - All utilities are paid including heating and electrical and this is the best dueirng cold season! Yeah we have some rules we have to follow, but they are for our own sake and comfort living! As long as I live here (which is more than 6 years) I didn't see anybody moving out because they don't like it here but they are ither getting kicked out and they are asked to leave. I like it here - it is safe for children, safe for families ...
If you are looking for an apartment stay away from Pine Villa here in town. The rules are so nutty. The only thing going for it is the price of rent especially if you are on housing.
